Ongoing fee, $130 for a typical 55 minute session, prorated for shorter or longer sessions.
Please have payment ready at the beginning of each session.
Checks, cash, and credit cards are accepted. If you need a payment plan please let me know. A fee of $30 will be charged in addition to regular service fees for returned checks.

Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.*
I am a preferred provider with PacificSource and First Choice, with credentialing through Regence Blue Cross pending. I bill many other insurance carriers or I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You are responsible for all deductible and co-payments. I request payment for the amount you owe at the beginning of each session. Please confirm your policy includes mental health benefits and check your coverage carefully. Below are some questions to assist you in gathering additional information:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session and what is my co-pay amount?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Are there any other conditions of reimbursement I should be aware of?
*Note: Many insurance companies will not pay for couples or family therapy even if you have mental health benefits. Please call your insurance company to determine mental/behavioral health benefits, deductibles, and co-pays.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Appointments are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
